Be Joyful In Hope, Patient In Affliction, Faithful In Prayer
Walking The Christian Walk
ROMANS 12:9-13
“Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.

The Apostle Paul outlines how believers should live out their faith through spiritual gifts and everyday love. He transitions from theoretical theology to practical daily actions, urging believers to serve with enthusiasm, to be genuine in their relationships, and support one another in times of struggle.
He continues his list of gifts given to the church (like teaching, prophecy, and serving)
If you have the ability to encourage and build others up, do it wholeheartedly.
If you have resources, share them with open-handed generosity.
If you are put in charge of others, lead with diligence and commitment.
Acts of compassion should never be done grudgingly. Therefore, show mercy with genuine joy and cheerfulness.
Love must be totally authentic, free from hypocrisy, fakeness, or ulterior motives.
Furthermore, Christians are commanded to actively hate evil and hold tightly to what is morally good. That is to hate the sin, but love the sinner. It is always good to remind ourselves that Jesus did not come for the righteous, He came for the sinners.
Treat fellow believers like a close, loving family and make a habit of honoring and uplifting others above yourself.
Serve the Lord with passion and zeal. Do not let laziness creep into your spiritual life or community service.
We believers are called to find joy in our eternal hope, remain steadfast during tough times, and maintain a constant, unwavering prayer life.
Christians are expected by God’s leading, to actively look for and provide financial or physical help to their church and other believers facing hardship.
And finally, be eager to welcome people, both friends and strangers into your home and life.
All glory be to God forever and ever! Amen.
Please share to our brothers and sisters all around the world.
