Blessed Be The Lord! Day After Day He Bears Our Burdens; God Is Our Salvation
He Is Our Daily Provision & Care
“Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah”
Psalms 68:19 NKJV

The Hebrew phrase underscores that God's help is not a one-time event from the past, but a continuous, day-by-day reality ("day after day" - "daily"). He supplies strength, mercy, and grace for current struggles.
He acts as a porter or protector who lifts heavy load, whether emotional, physical, or spiritual, so that believers do not have to shoulder life alone.
The verse links daily sustenance directly to divine deliverance, healing, and ultimately our salvation, reminding readers that the same God who rescues us from ultimate spiritual ruin also cares for our smallest daily needs.
The opening declaration ("Blessed be the Lord") and the closing pause (Selah, an instruction to stop and reflect) calls the reader to move from acknowledging God's help to active gratitude and silent awe.
It is encouraging to know that no trial, challenge, or circumstance is either too big nor too small or insignificant to God; He is our help in times of trouble.
All glory be to God forever and ever! Amen.
Please share to our brothers and sisters all around the world.
