This verse tells us that God offers absolute safety and inner power to believers when they face hard times, and He is always close by and ready to assist.
He is a safe shelter or hiding place to run to when danger approaches and a source of strength.
Our Almighty is an active source of power and support that helps people bear heavy burdens or endure difficult situations.
As a proven, immediate assistance; God is never distant or too busy, but stands right beside a person in their distress.
Trouble is a Hebrew word picture describing a tight, restricted, or confined space, representing moments when a person feels cornered by life.
Written by the Sons of Korah, a group of Levite musicians, connected to times of intense national crisis, such as when enemy armies threatened Jerusalem, but because God is powerful and present, people do not need to give in to panic or fear, even if the physical world around them seems to be falling apart, God is always with us; He is a very present help in times of need.
