Don't Hand Yourself To Eternal Torment

God understands our flaws and weaknesses, that we are weak vulnerable, and fragile, sinners in need of a saviour, and in need of His care.
All too often, many focus on God as a “Law giver” and a “judge”, forgetting His compassion, kindness, and faithfulness to forgive.
Many judge Him by the failures in other Christians, rather than His righteousness, justice, mercy, and faithfulness.
They fail to understand that God wants quality relationship with His people.
They fail to understand that God looks past the sin in people and focuses on their hearts.
Christians are mere humans, sinners at best, therefore, don’t judge Jesus by their standards, but recognise His love and mercy, and His desire that all might turn to Him in repentance (2 PEOPLE 3:9).
When God examines our lives, He remembers where we came from and our human condition.
Our weaknesses are not an excuse to sin, but when we turn to God in repentance, His grace is enough, for He justified our eternal future by His spilled blood and starts a process of transformation (ROMANS 12:1-2); He makes our sin and weaknesses His problem.
Paul, speaking to every believer, said, “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace. For God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ. And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.”

Jesus paid our debt of sin on a cross with His own blood,and you are therefore free to receive His gift of life.
You cannot earn it, work for it, or purchase it. All you need do is believe, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.””

Life in this dark world can be harsh, but it’s wise to remember Jesus words; “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
John 10:10 NKJV
It’s the works of the devil that made life harsh and temporary, but Jesus came to give you life, and that you may have it abundantly and forever.
Furthermore, He asked the Father to send His Holy Spirit to help you all the way (JOHN 14:15-18), who is your guarantee of salvation (EPHESIANS 1:13-14; 2 CORINTHIANS 1:22).
Don’t allow the the devil to steal, kill, and destroy your health, wealth, or relationships; especially your relationship with our Father in heaven.
Don’t allow him to destroy your marriage or your career, or cause you torment and fear. Don’t allow him to steal your wonderful gift of life that is available to all people.
Jesus put it like this: “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.””
John 3:17-21 NKJV
My beloved, “Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
John 14:6 NKJV
Jesus is the only way to peace and joy and life everlasting. He is the only truth that can be relied upon, and He is the only way to our Father in heaven.
If you haven’t already, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.””
Acts 2:38-39 NKJV
