Matthew 6:34 tells us that people should live one day at a time and trust God instead of letting future worries ruin the present.The verse states, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Jesus tells His followers to focus on today. Worrying about the future brings tomorrow's hypothetical problems into today, wasting today's energy.
Worrying cannot change the future or solve tomorrow's problems. Every single day already has enough challenges of its own to handle.
This verse is the final part of the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus explains that God cares for nature—like birds and flowers—and will also care for people's daily needs.
There’s common misunderstanding; this verse is not an anti-planning message. Jesus does not tell people to avoid responsible preparation or being wise about the future. We believers must live within our means. The warning is against obsessive, fearful anxiety that distracts us from faith and steals the joy of today.
“”Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”

God is faithful to provide for our every need, indeed, seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and ALL, not some, but ALL will be added to you.
