As Iron Sharpens Iron, So One Person Sharpens Another
Wisdom Goes To Wisdom & Foolishness To Foolishness
PROVERBS 27:17-18
“As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. Whoever keeps the fig tree will eat its fruit; So he who waits on his master will be honored.
”Proverbs 27:17-18 NKJV

The sharpening of minds comes from being around good people. Furthermore, a meeting of minds can help people see their ideas with new clarity, refining them, and shaping them into brilliant insights.
This requires partners who can challenge each other and stimulate thought; people who are able to focus on an idea without involving their ego in the discussion. This involves people who are able to attack the thought and not the thinker.
When we share our ideas with one another, and accept constructive criticism without taking offence, as iron sharpens iron, we will sharpen our minds.
With all the trials, challenges, and problems a leader has to face, it can be very easy to overlook the very people who deserve attention; faithful employees and volunteers, those who attend the "fig tree".
The people who worked hard to help you get the job done, deserve to share in your success. It’s important that in all your planning, organising, and working, you don't forget the people who are behind you and are helping you.
When you appreciate your work force and treat them with respect, you will gain their respect, and they will remain a happy work force, working hard to get the job done.
Spending your time with wise godly people will bring godly wisdom and sound morals, but spending time with the immoral and foolish, will bring immorality and foolishness. Who we chhoose to spend our time with will have great affect on who we become. We must love all people, but must learn to hate their sin and keep doing good regardless for the glory of our Father in heaven.
My beloved, we all want to be successful and all crave some credit in all good godly projects, but the truth is, we can do nothing good in our own strength, and therefore, the glory does not belong to man, “For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.”
Philippians 2:13 NLT
Therefore my brethren, give all the glory to God, for He alone deserves every praise; “Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.”
Philippians 2:14-15 NLT
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
Please like and share to our brothers and sisters all around the world.
